There is everything wrong with crossovers.
SUV's can be cool though, just not the ones which are fashion symbols for women.
>>14849573
Crossovers are badass too
Would it be possible to drive from north america to europe?
Implying it was the right time of year and conditions were right?
You'd probably have better luck going the other way. But even then you'd still probably have to take a ferry from alaska to russia.
>>14849418
Could you drive north and go over the ice?
>>14849409
>Implying it was the right time of year and conditions were right?
If by that you mean if it was 17,000 to 21,000 years ago

Is that a second gas cap cover?
>car manual says use gasoline with an anti-knock rating of 87 or a research octane number of 91
So regular or premium? Which one is it? I'm in the US.
>>14846576
regular
>>14846576
RON is Yurp, AKR is US.
Regular
If /o/ had a Miata but wanted to get something slightly bigger, quieter, and more powerful on a budget of around $5K, what would /o/ suggest?
Currently looking at:
Late '90s 4th gen
Early '90s C4 Corvette
Early '00s Mustang
Civic Si/Golf GTI
Maybe '90s Porsche 924/944
240sx?
>>14842381
Those things are unicorns unless they've been wrecked or modded into dirt by spics.
>>14842355
SC400 and no questions asked.
>V8 260-(1998+)300HP
>Old School Lexus Build
>Rear wheel drive
>Quiet
>Supra chassis
>2+2 in which the backseats are functional
>On point steering
You can find those easily for $5k and they won't be in shit condition. No other better option.
So /o/, today i was checking my car because of the check engine light turning on and i got P0401 and P0406 at the same time, its a 2005 v6 mustang, is the EGR valve or could it be something else? The car doesn't seem to use a DPFE sensor like the older models, maybe I'm wrong though. Any advice?
Remove EGR valve, check for carbon buildup inside the valve and right where it bolts on to the intake. Also rent/buy a hand vacuum pump and make sure that applying vacuum actually actuates the valve
>>14850438
Thanks, i already cleaned the valve though but the light is still on, ill check where it bolts on, and the vacuum test once i get one.
>>14850458
Also check the vacuum hose from the solenoid for any cracks. Maybe even pop it off entirely, place a finger on one end, apply vacuum to the other to see if it holds.
Only oldfags post itt
How can you tell if someone is an oldfag or not?
If I've been here regularly since at least 2009, does that make me old fag?
>>14849886
No you're just a regular fag
Redpill me on Xterra
Poor man's 4runner or piece of shit?
Its a frontier.

itt: dumb shit you don't know
>>14848834
All I know is that when a Cat goes bad your gas mileage goes to shit. Or when you blow an O2 sensor, your gas mileage goes to shit and then you burn out your cat.
>>14848834
Feeds your exhaust through a filter that converts the chemicals in it to less harmful ones without getting used up.
It also throttles your exhaust like a motherfucker and if you actually have them intact on a performance car you're a faggot.
>>14848855
I know high flow cat or decatting helps make turbo cars produce more power, but does it also do the same for NA?
Is it a solid performance gain?
Ever be cruising down the highway and have a race break out?

New Challengers (not car, a player in a game) tend to show up out of nowhere when automotive shenanigans are afoot.
>Ever be cruising down the highway and have a race break out?
almost every single day
i live near a private country club race track in the north georgia mountains so i see all sorts of interesting cars all over the place and they are almost always looking for a race
>>14847856
That's so cool! I've been happy lately just to see people taking the mountains roads extra fast. I have a nice 6 mile stretch that is mostly 15-25mph turns through the woods. It's great fun when it's clear. Get a lot of kids hitting it hard now that it's nice out.
So I was looking at a Chevy Cruze on Carvana when I noticed this.
I can't figure out if it was just a mistake, or if they're trying to fuck people over.
This is the interior of a Subaru Outback. Almost identical. I know where I'm NOT buying a car from
>>14847252
Print out the photo, go in, and demand to buy that exact car for the listed price.
>>14847280
I think the car in the picture is worth less than the car costs... So I would probably be losing money. Good thought though
Scotty's at it again.

I'd say keep trying to get more money.
Why can't companies just realize we want rwd drifto machines instead of shitty fwd? Is rwd a niche market that wouldn't sell? Imagine all current and previous gen civics as rwd. are the companies cucking the market that wants rwd into spending more money?
rwd autists are so annoying I swear none of you are over 12
>>14847982
Less trunk space, muh safety, fwd is cheaper to produce.
99% of people are normies and they don't even know what drive their car is, buy automatic, and if they care about drive they'll buy into awd because they assume it'd automatically safer.
There a hundred reasons to do it the way they are, and if you promised them that everyone on /o/ would buy a rwd 2017 Civic it still wouldn't be .000001 of their market.
Besides, you'd buy a used one anyway.
Cars in general are shrinking market. Everyone wants to sit in the high chair, have a big hatch, and 4WD their way to the mall.
Most normal people don't ever push their cars hard enough to notice the difference between front and rear wheel drive, but give them a crossover with AWD and Sync5 and they're all over it.
Sorry, but we're in the tiny minority.
