I always thought they were expensive bullshit for rich guys until I got firsthand experience with them, and the single-piece forged ones are great. They sponsor my old shop, and we had great luck with them over numerous events on both of our track cars. (E92 M3 and 991 GT3.) You could do worse - I got my throttle body and injectors cleaned "really really well" for 300 bucks, to pass a smog test. Im sure I was scammed and was an idiot for not running some fuel cleaner through myself for a few tanks.

What's your worst freak accident story /o/? Mine happened today when a house painter fell off my roof with his paint and ladder ONTO my car. Luckily he was okay and one of the other workers sprayed my car down quickly after the fall, the dents/scratches are minimal(but still noticable) and the house-paint seemed to come off when I washed it with soap after they rinsed it.
Pic is just after I moved it out of the driveway so they could clean up the paint on the ground. This and a 100 deg. fever is making for a not so awesome Friday.
One of the worse scratches/dents from the ladder falling on it, after I cleaned it.
