People always post these in audio threads
But how do you install one in a car, and how do you mount it?
what is that exactly?

I taped my flux capacitor to my steering wheel.
If the airbag deploys it will send me back in time to before the accident.

Why shouldn't I get a Citroen C6?

Why don't you go Google it since you're obviously set on this and are going to ignore any post that disagrees with you

This is life with an older car anon. This is what you give up to have something cheap.
If $50 ain't much to you why not go around the engine and replace all the sensors. Most likely are not $50 each and that will eliminate this happening again.
Gotta look at old cars like airplanes anon, it is all about preventative maintenance. Fix what you know will go wrong with age before it goes wrong and you cause a traffic jam for the rest of the wagecucks.
Come on anon, don't be a silly goose.

No?
If a horse has 1 horsepower and can run at 15 mph max, how come cars with 200 horsepower can't get to 3000 mph?
except the average horse has 15hp
aerodynamics and gearing exist too

????
speed isn't how hp is measured.

aww yeah
1. What's the best game on PS4 to help you learn to race?
2. Why do you guys think Gran Turismo is 'simcade trash'? I always thought Gran Turismo was supposed to be pretty realistic and that Polyphony strapped sensors and shit to all the cars to get the driving dynamics correct.
I'm getting my first high HP car and I want to practice a bit online and probably even take an advanced driving course or racing course.

The people that make Gran Turismo are bus riders and have nearly no idea how cars are supposed to feel. They watch footage of racing and try to make their game duplicate the behavior they see.
>If it looks the same it must feel the same, anon! THIS IS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING STIMULATOR!! :^)
In all honesty OP, you need seat time in a real car. Simulators are no replacement for that. Good on you for wanting to get good.

Have you played his game? He is a fucking moron.
Hey o. I wanna buy an economy car for 5k or less that will last me a few years or a least not turn into a lemon or have any catastrophic failures. I'd also like something that's relatively good on gas. Can this be done? I like everything about the Honda Civic, good mpg, good size, looks comfy. Problem is I've heard the 2000s models have shitty transmissions. Does that mean I avoid the car altogether or try to find a good one? I don't wanna go to a stealership but trying to find a local buy is pretty tough, though I'm willing to travel. Any advice in...

Define "relatively good on gas" for a list of better options. for 5k there are tons of great deals you can find from private sellers.

sticky was updated last year, what issues do you feel it doesn't address?

Just get a manual one. Honda manuals are bulletproof.
Do you drive a German Whip?

No, I drive a German car. How do I drive a whip? Other than into someone else's flesh.
Yes
Not yet.

How much would making a golf that fast cost?
What exactly was done to make that? Engine/Tranny swaps?
I love the idea of zooming past fast cars in something like that.
If you have to ask, you can't do it.

who /EatDrinkSmokes/ in car here?
>>15076556
Eat and drink but no smoking.
>>15076556
>smoking
no
I smoke a pack a day but never in my car or anywhere inside for that matter. Shit is fucking gross.
Eating I won't unless I'm on long road trips but drinking is fine as long as it's a can or bottle with a top.
I currently drive a wagon I inherited from my parents. I'm a pretty frugal guy but I want to upgrade to something
a) more suitable for the city
b) more fun
c) better fuel economy perhaps
But I can't really decide what to buy. Pic related cheap shitbox (in non sport edition), or double the price for the sport edition
>>15076528
another option, 3x the cost of a cheap shitbox (more for a nice one) but much more fun
>>15076533
Yet another option totally different to the other two
>>15076543
So I guess what I'm saying with this thread is: how did you choose your car from so many disparate options? Or did you just know what you wanted? Did you just coldly see what ticked the most boxes, or did you drive every one and pick the best feels?
