How did I do /o/?
I got this 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt Coupe for my first car. It's a 5 Speed of course.
Cost me $1200 and it came on pristine winters and had those Gold RTX rims with low profiles on them in the back. I think I did great.
>>15441153
You did great for $1200. Looks like shit, but you could have done worse.
I'd probably paint the wheels though. Honestly the wheels grow on me the more i look at it, but that may be the rum speaking.
Excellent shitbox

I'll probably sell it in a year or two. It's just a little 4 cylinder to get me from Point A to B.
SRS Light came on and won't come off. Anyone know the possibilities of this issue? Don't want to go to a Stealership so I can get lied to and get my pockets raped.
Thanks, it's a 2011 Hyundai Sonata

Not your personal mechanic, faggot
>>15441024
Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue with their vehicle you disgusting filthy piece of fucking dog shit. Thanks for bumping thread though fellow anon

No problem, did you check you fluids?
Or recommend a car for him. Please provide the reasons for your selection.

Here's another view.
I would like to have a car that I can offroad in, while still being an acceptable dd, and somewhat decent fuel economy. I was thinking of XJ, but the fuel economy is pretty bad isn't it. How about 4d Vitara, is it good offroad? I know Jeep has crazy amount of 3rd party offroad parts available, does Suzuki have any?
here you go OP
what is your idea of offroad? an escape is a great daily but has no low range

Well nothing super serious like rock climbing or deep mud. Maybe some nature trails, snow, sand.

I use tap water when its warm, cheapest blue shit in the winter. Works fine.
I bought a jug of OP's pic on whim because it was on sale. I was pleasantly surprised. Shit works pretty well as far as applying the water beading.
Bugs, not so much, but I have yet to find something that works on bugs better than regular spray glass cleaner. Pic related is what I keep in my car at all times, along with a roll of shop towels.
Eurofag here, looking to buy his first REAL car.
Seriously considering a Toyota MR2 right now, they are light which contributes to low taxes and cheap insurance, but it still has plenty of power for me. Anyone that has experience owning a 2000-2005 MR2 (Roadster)?
The goods and the bads?
Specific things to look at (apart from the pre cats and the Hose from Hell)? What mileage should i look at max?
>>15434237
what makes this car more real than your last one
>>15434263
Well, my last car was a 1999 VW Polo stationwagon. It was ugly, no fun to drive and the emissions were almost the same as an MR2 without any of the horsepower.
Cars might be originated as a method of transport, but anyone that likes/loves cars does sorta expect more of his/her car.
No one that has any experience with this car?
Post your digits!

What car is this
>Be American
>Spend 60k on this
I wonder what we will pay when the R34 GTR is legal.
My guess is 100k.

Why are decent cars so expensive? A 2006 toyota carolla around here is about 7k USD. USED
What the fuck is going on? How could anyone without parental support buy this shit? I always wonder how people my age(23) get cars so fast. Its because they all drive fucking hand me down cars.
I don't know anyone my age who purchased their own car completely solo. No help what so ever.
I have 8000 USD saved up and still can't buy a decent car because they all run 6-7k USD. Ontop of that, I have no car insurance and I am under 25 which means the fucking car...

Because people with more money than you want them too.
I've never spent more than $1800 buying a car in my life
Do you give your cars a (nick)name?
No, call them by their color make model or maybe if it has a widely used nickname for its particular gen.
>>15441563
What are you, a faggot?...Oh..wait..
Chassis code ftw
I'll start, C3 Corvette hidden wipers
How well does that useless bullshit fare at speed?
Curb mode in reverse for the passenger side mirror. Surprisingly neat.
