Temps just started getting pretty high this summer, and as I was driving home from work yesterday I felt like my car was acting pretty sluggish. I turned down the radio and realized my motor sounded like it was struggling, then looked at my temp gauge to see that it was almost topped out.
I pulled over and my coolant reserve was pretty much bone-dry. I topped it off with some 50/50 and it cooled off almost instantly.
I just checked it for the first time since yesterday evening...

Check everywhere for any leaks.
Keep 2 jugs of Coolant in your trunk.
Drive it around at lower speeds with the A/C cranked and see if it starts overheating or not.
If it does then pull over and let it cool off.
Best situation, leaky hoses.
Middle tier, needs new radiator and thermostat.
Worst, headgasket leak or water pump is going out.

What do you think about FWD cars? Is FWD just bad? What about those among us who participate in racing and even drift events in their FF cars? Personally I believe FWD is for econoboxes and has no business racing or """drifting""", RWD is always a better platform for building from.

The stock one is a 90s pillow factory nobody-thought-out-the-spokes mess.
I want to replace it with something that isn't so showy or screaming AFTERMARKET RACE CAR STEERING WHEEL.

The wheel itself probably doesn't affect it, but how do you make steering feel more "tight" and like the wheel will just spin into your hands

I'm learning how to drive and I don't have as much time to learn in the car as I would like, so if you knew of any software that could let me drive in city settings with a realistic feel (not like GTA mowing people down on the sidewalk), that would really help.
