Am I the only one here that has some interest in this little kei?
>>15319321
yes, absolutely, there is zero interest in this car, i'm surprised you even know it exists because there is such a lack of interest in it, wow
No. 0.8L (63hp) is too small for the American market. They need to develop a turbo 1.0L for the British market. That car is da bomb.
Current engine is wrong but the car would be awesome with the turbo 1.5 from the civic...if It fits.
Or do you just do it because you're broke?
Yes.
And no. I pocket an entire paycheck every month and I'm paid bi-weekly
It depends on which car of mine and, overall, about 50/50.
>doing any type of suspension work, tie rods, ball joints etc
Just kill me.
>doing any type of work on the engine, be it replacing spark plugs, wires, etc
Oddly satisfying.
>>15318967
Suspension is easy though as long as the shit's not all rusted
Best car of ALL TIME??

Production ended in 2009 too

My car waifu was lost.
I don't necessarily care for those 700,000-million dollar hyper cars or extremely limited edition Super-cars like Pagani and whatever other ones that have sprung up recently. The Viper was one of the last (in my opinion) fairly unique performance cars that were within realistic purchasing distance. most cars under $200,000 are going turbo V6 semi-auto-only and i don't want another turbo V6 semi-auto-only...

Post what you drive
We're all going to make it one day, but what gets you from A to B in the meantime?
>>15314949
I got my teg for 1500 and but it grinds from 2nd to 3rd above 4k rpm. It's alright as a daily since the alignment is perfect and the ac/ps both work. I'm trying to save for an rsx at the moment

a 2005 Toyota Highlander with all the dash lights lit up.
I have an idea anons. Humor me, you're gonna love this.
Also:
What is your favorite scent? And why is it Black Ice
Black ice, because it weeds out those who cannot deal with the FRESH
Where can I buy the 2.5oz or whatever spray cans in bulk.
Vent?
I don't think so. Where we're going, we are gonna need as many memes as possible.
How does buying a new car work if you're a poor fag is it like a house where you out 10% down and get whatever you want? Thinking about mustang gt or challenger srt

What's up Canadians? Any meetups planned or you're going to? What's your scene like?
So I started talking to a few /o/ people from my area. And I found out that there are only like 7-8 of us in my area (Southern Ontario). I find that hard to believe cause southern ON is pretty big.
I go to what seems like car meets in a park parking lot late at night. The men are very friendly and touchy and unfortunately they don't drive anything interesting like my car and they don't ask about my car (370Z).
Not sure if I will go back. They always go to the bathroom and I'm left by myself most of the time.

Anon...
Hey /o/. I really wanna supercharge my car, except I live in comi-fornia where supercharging would be very illegal.
Cops like to pull people over here just to look under your hood and see if you're all stock.
If they see a shiny intake or anything you get a fix it ticket and have to take your car into a "smog referee" to be thoroughly examined.
My question for you today is, do you think a cop would notice that my car is supercharged, even if I left everything else completely stock. It would look something like pic related. What do you think? Is it worth the risk?
>>15314651
Oh and obviously I wouldn't put the big supercharged sticker on the engine cover.
Save the money and move somewhere that respects your individual rights and freedom to modify your own property.
>>15314681
Yeah. Fuck california.
I've got a pretty easy task for you today /o/, simply name one BMW that is both fast and reliable.
Surely it can't be too hard, I mean, they've been in business for so long they must have managed at least one.
>>15313836
2 series
The truth is that repairs are just horribly expensive at the dealer, and parts are pricey.. they're not all miserably unreliable..
4 series is decent as well
>>15313836
Most of them. BMW tech here. We charge out the ass for labor and customer pay jobs labor time is double standard time. We see high mileage cars all the time. Reliability isn't an issue, it's just that everything needs to be replaced at once usually.
You're given $100,000 to buy 5 cars.
What do you do?
buy 5 hyundai excels and spend the remaining 95 grand on hektik mods

Is the vw rabbit a piece of shit? I don't want to buy another car that has one failure after another. I just need a car for literally weekend driving as I don't do anything and I'm enlisted.

>>15318883
Yes. Unreliable and complicated.
>>15318883
Unreliable, complicated, and parts are needlessly expensive. Look at a Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic instead.
>>15318919
What causes them to be that way? My gfs jetta seems ok besides her choice in tire place that caused sensor problems.
tl;dr ive been offered a 2008 cayman in trade for my current 2012 BRZ
it'll be a DD, gonna go and test drive it tomorrow anyways
yes or no
>>15313921
No. Who wants to DD a Porsche Cayman?
For a Cayman that cheap something has to be wrong with it.
Sounds fishy, why would anyone trade their porsche for a future shitbox? Better inspect that damn porsche thoroughly.
