Not like the attendant has to change a diaper or read a bedtime story. They probably have to pay more attention to the idiot who's asking for his fourth in-flight drink.
Solution: put the guy on a flight with the girl's dad and ask the flight attendants to pay exactly the same amount of attention to the two of them for the duration of the flight.

I flew every year as an unaccompanied minor growing up as my parents were divorced and lived overseas. Two factors -- 90s flight service and transcontinental service -- meant that I was checked on periodically in-flight, escorted to the gate, etc. Of course I also got wings, cards (or choice of toy), and occasional invite to the cockpit, as well as first pick to bump to 1st class.
But iirc U.S. domestic flights, even at that time, still treated even unaccompanied minors as shit as every other passenger -- no extra check-ups in-flight or anything (though sometimes I got wings).
