The question is how are you deciding that the China is disproportionately polluting? It seems your evidence and decision is made off random one off events that happen to make the news that you read. However, this is pretty fucking dumb because the news is not reporting on all events in all countries, may be biased, and so on.
So you have been asked, hey, why don't you provide some real evidence to show that China is polluting at a disproportionate level.
