Powell got out of the car, started shooting them. He ran inside, his nephew ran at Powell. Powell started beating said nephew up. First thing in sight was a knife thus grabbed it, and stabbed him in the back to stop him from beating up nephew.
I say blame the driver who drove them there, Powell had a gun. Yes, may of been a BB gun, but they do resemble 9mms easily - even the sound. Should of he killed him? No. The 1 million dollar bail? wtf? Other people got away with murder and had bail less than that.

Keep in mind that in nothern Wisconsin a lot of hmong people ARE in gangs. I'm from Milwaukee, but my cousins used to live in Wausau. The hmong gangs ruined that city. They're not like the Chinese or Japanese who study and mind their own business.
