You can turn this off in Chrome ad block.
I never got any of these ads. However, there's an add-on for Adblock called Element Hider that would have no problem removing the ads if I actually saw any of them.
Use noscript on Firefox
Blocks unnecessary connections and let's you unblock ones you like
