Any of you /n/erds live in a harbour city, got ferries?
Auckland - NZ. Comfy commutes crusing past volcanic cones
Sydney's ferries look cozy. Don't know if pic-related is just a touristic harbour-tour service or a functional commuter

Looks like your average yacht
Wisconsin here, rode pic related across lake michigan a few weeks ago, shit was cash
It's not a harbour city but this is pretty close by, goes to kangaroo island.

>or a functional commuter
Isn't that the big thing in the background?
Nice thread, man.
Balboa Ferry where I grew up in Newport Beach California.
>can only hold three cars max at a time
>takes forever to get on but is peaceful and super quick to get to balboa Island and the mainland from the Newport peninsula
Alaska needs faster ferries.
going anywhere on them takes all day. basically have to plan a whole weekend around going to the next town for shopping or other.

those are M113 disembarking wtf?
they're trying to do a ferry in melbourne from geelong to melbourne
takes 80 minutes and runs only twice a day
only a handful of people are riding it each day apparently
Mostly standard stuff going to vacation spots.
