How do I stop myself from getting neck and arm pain while endurance biking?
I just biked 50 miles and I feel like shit

Stop using shitty memes and stop slouching over your bike like you are right now dwelling in a basement on a computer and sit up straight.
Keep doing long rides that make your neck and arms hurt and your body will adapt and stop hurting. It takes time just like building endurance in any other muscle.
Get a professional fit at your local bike shop.

Did you ride much before you tried 50 miles? If you never went out much before I'm not surprised that you're feeling it.
Adjust your bars/stem/saddle/seatpost or get a bike fitting

If it's a matter of endurance yes. If it's a matter of a bad fit then that'll just injure OP.
"Hand/wrist/shoulder/neck pain often result from inappropriate handlebar adjustment. It is less obvious how saddle adjustment can cause or relieve problems in this area."

these cured my hand/wrist pains b/c you can switch hand positions. Now i just need to build up a callous baboon ass.
Do neck exercises every day, that pain it's from your lack of mucles. For the arm pain maybe you need a better fit, I have shitty arms and they have never suffered even after pedaling during 4h
