Red eared sliders are cool.
I always love seeing roadrunners.
isn't my photo, but
>parked right on top of one by accident
> bit my tire about 5 inches from my leg
>flip out and bail the bike
>snake now claims my bike
>youwinthistime.jpg
>strangest
eh what?
Took this photo during a ride a few years ago, there was a second cub running around that I couldn't get in the frame.
strewth
Nothing really unusual. I usually see flying ducks, cows/bulls, eagles/falcons and sheeps. Pic related use to be haging around the cathedrals and churches (they build their nests on the towers) and when they want to eat fly to the river side or country looking for frogs fishes worms and stuff that lives near water.

OP said strange, and that looks common.
I remember a vid in which a dude was riding at night and black men appeared and assaulted him, it looked like a zombie movie.
i hit deer often. not rare though
A cat.
Foundt his lad waddling across the road trail. When he saw me coming he sprinted into the ditch, dug a hole and hid there until I left.
Not unusual to see an echidna, but I've never seen one crossing a busy path like that.

>i hit deer often
As in actually hitting one? Deer jumping into the road is something I worry about more than cars on some of the roads I ride, they're less predictable and I've had a few close calls, never actually run into one though.
I posted the black bear photo earlier in the thread. Other creatures I've seen while riding that are more interesting then average city critters or livestock: prairie dogs, red foxes, pronghorn sheep, rattlesnakes (rode over one actually), several kinds of hawks, hummingbirds, and giraffes*.
(* - only by riding near a zoo though, not wild)

Donkey.
When i found owls, foxes and spiders, there were a lots of reasons because i didnt take a pic of them, mainly 'cause them are too fast and slippery.
Farm animals are very common where i live.

I don't know what are you talking about.
Saw a coyote on the bike path once.
I found this handsome bald eagle nearby the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. His head a little dirty.
Didn't get a pic but got attacked by a fucking goose yesterday. Was riding on a trail that goes by a pond they're always at. There was one in the middle of the trail and as I ride by it started hissing at me and tried to attack me. Those fuckers are mean as shit.

Should calm down soon.
The geese around here are teenagers now, not babies, and the adult geese tend to fucking chill after their kids are outta the house.
