Well if you were airborne, i think you could do it.
5% upwards, 80% throttle and you'll likely keep flying until you run out of fuel. Saw a dutch TV spot about trying to land a passenger jet with no experience. With autopilot and ATC, the random woman would probably have saved everyone.
But without those, she would crash and burn. Kinda interesting that lacking both pilots would probably not be noticed if the cabin crew kept their cool and took over.
