For the most part yes.
Covers Santa Monica to Korea town mostly on Pico. Probably the best thing about it is that most its stops link you with so many other routes. Culver City Bus 6, Big Blue 8,12, Metro 720, Metro Purple Line. You should absolutely avoid it (heading downtown SM) any time from 8-10 AM on Mon-Thurs (bus is crowded with SMC students) and 2-4:30 ish. (Traffic is horrible). Unfortunately to get to Korea town you have to get through Pico&Robertson to Pico&Crenshaw. That part of the ride is pretty uneventful
