Guys, if you are in a long road race and you want a chance at placing, forget the wheels.
What you need to do is drop to the back of your group before the longest climb, pull your shorts down, start doing controlled deep breathing, and just start shitting. Once you are done you will be ready to attack and go off the front during the climb.
This is the easiest way to rack up wins to leave CAT 5. Good luck.
