That bike is probably "worth" 125 pounds, but I wouldn't go for it. Those components are shit and likely to break within the next 2 years.
You'd be better off getting something older that was decent in it's time. If you can handle downtube shifters, there are tons of old 7 speed bikes that will perform better than this one for around the same price.
