Nah, I've been coming to /mu/ off and on for about 7-8 months. I'm pretty sure I've seen a lot of those albums around a few times I just never interacted with the people who posted them because our tastes didn't overlap at all.

Down Colorful Hill is great stuff, man. Found it in a shoegaze chart I'm currently following. Deathconsciousness is in my Top 4 cause it's probably the best mix of drone and shoegaze I've ever listened to so far.

Autumn Eternal is a great black metal album, and I rarely enjoy black metal artists. It's well produced but nothing too complex like Deafheaven (I don't enjoy Deafheaven). And holy shit, Scurrilous is great, man. I don't listen to anything past Fortress, tho.

Haven't listened to Autumn Eternal yet, but Panopticon is definitely one of my favorite artists. And yeah, Scurrilous is fantastic; it's in my top 4 on previous charts, but lately I've been on much more of a bm kick.

I mean a lot of people would argue that pretty much every album after it other than Let It Be is superior, but yeah I personally I think that Rubber Soul is pretty much the pinnacle of pop songwriting so yeah. Revolver is close though since it mixes that aspect with some experimentation.
