DAILY POST-PUNK & NEW WAVE & RELATED GENRES
starting with a better-than-JD album
I don't know if better-than-JD but it's a great album

Couldn't disagree more! I love the energy of the first few tracks. The more somber attitude towards the end isn't as exciting.
Anyway, I love this album. It's catchy, got short songs, GODLY guitar tone, and a little variety. I listened to their album after it (Chairs Missing) and didn't like it. Same story with Gang of Four, I thought Entertainment! was the shit and then Solid Gold felt kind of flat.
Anyway, where should I go from Pink Flag? I've listened to a few critically acclaimed post-punk albums, but still don't know much about it.
Imo it's their best album
Post-punk/Deathrock goodness from Aus
Listening to Antics while I give my place a much needed clean.

Their 2013 album was damn good. It almost had a shoegazish vibe.
