They're both what I listen to while running, which is my main form of exercise. Which one I use depends on how I'm feeling. I know long-winded prog metal isn't what most think of first when it comes to exercising, but I find it rather easy to get lost in a ten-minute track and suddenly - oh, look, those ten minutes of running just went by like nothing.
