It depends. The rawness of black metal can vary. You can have ear-scratching, sharp, waspy rawness like Nattens Madrigal and Under a Funeral Moon, or you can have raw that's fuzzy, dreamy, and warm. So when it comes to waspy raw black metal, Nattens may be the rawest, but there's plenty of fuzzy raw black metal you should try checking out. It's just as or maybe more raw than Nattens, but has a different sound. Try Mutiilation - Vampires of Black Imperial Blood, or almost anything from Paysage d'Hiver's discography.
