The exact point Hospital became terrible was in 2010. Liquid Funk detractors will claim it started much earlier than and grumpy old school heads will say it started become bad even earlier (aroudn the time of the first High Contrast album) but that is just people complaining for the sake of it. The true downfall of Hospital came in 2010 following the release of Netsky - s/t. Before that, Hospital was a label which some good producers who all had their own sort of sound, and all of which were interesting enough to keep listening to. After Netsky, the whole label changed their production style in an effort to rip off Netsky, and presumably his unheard of success (nothing up until that point had sold like Netsky did for the label).
Admittedly, his first album wasn't bad. I actually quite like it and thought it was okay for the majoirty of it, but it lead to so many poor imitations that the label never truly recovered. Even Netsky himself started putting out sub-standard quality stuff. After 2010 the ethos of the label changed from producing decent Liquid Funk to producing generic crap which the public ate up. It worked since Hospital and Hospitality is now practically a househol name with lots of attendance, but the label has died becase of it. Post 2010 the only good releases have been Danny Byrd - Rave Digger, Reso - Ricochet and NuTone - Future History. Luckily Med School pulled up the slack and became much more interesting than the main label.
