I thought The Seer may have been the greatest album of the last 20 years, but that was before me heard this effin gem.
There are many great albums - eg Dark Side of the Moon, Sgt Pepper, etc - but you have to be in the mood. You know? There's a load of showmanship and cultural zeitgeistyness in those albums, which means you're not always in the mood for their "look at us" shit. There are other albums that are great outside of cultural reference and musicality. Soundtracks for the Blind is one such album. If you don't like it, you're wrong (perhaps because you're underdeveloped either mentally or musically, or both. But there's hope for everyone). Those of us who know, just KNOW.
