Carey is by far the strongest in this band
Jones and Chancellor are nothing special in terms of their musical skill
Keenans voice has slipped and he's quite a knob

At their peak they were in good company with other alternative/hard rock bands of the time. If they ever release another album I have no idea how it will fit in in the current landscape.
