In general I'm just living in the aftermath of a really beautiful point in my life that occurred in the last four months of 2015. Since it ended, everything has felt utterly pointless, like everything is deteriorating in some way. I've stopped tending to the things that I thought were a part of me, and I feel like my life reached it's conclusion at the end of last year. Everything else is just extra.

Mildly sad in a profound type of way. I saw my ex today after not seeing her for 5 months. We went shopping together for her sister's 21st birthday presents. It was like we'd never broken up, then when I dropped her home we had a long, deep hug and I kissed her goodbye. We can never be together though, and that's making me sad.

What's your diet, and sleep schedule like?
Fellow anxiety sufferer here, what helped me when I had anxiety about not falling asleep at a good hour was putting my alarm clock face down so I wasn't constantly checking the time and focusing on slowing my breathing until I fell asleep.
IF you focus on nice, slow breathes it's like counting sheep and eventually you'll just fall asleep.

diet has always consisted more of liquids than solids, I've accustomed myself to drinking a lot rather than eating a lot over the years, ill eat a few snacks throughout the day and drink plenty of water/cola/tea. sleep schedule is messy cause its the holidays, lately I've been waking at around 12 and sleeping at around 2-4am.
