yo i listened to acid rap and liked some of it but ive never really gotten into that genre so what would u guys recommend
already tried pandora and stuff gave me garbage
acid rap was a term used by a limited number of rappers in the mid 90s, who would be described as horrorcore by most. rappers similar to chance the rapper might be vic mensa, lil wayne, young thug, pnb rock, fetty wap, k camp, and cashout

It was probably my AOTY last year. I even bought it on CD and got it shipped to Australia. Cost me about $30 but it was worth it.
I don't know if this is considered chill, but it's amazing.

>I realized You wanted chill rap
>>66392681
There's a lot of god tier hip hop that isn't necessarily "soft and chill". You should get into it.
Atmosphere
Some good songs are
>Sunshine
>Yesterday (kinda sad but still chill)
>Free Fallin'
>>66392711

Milo made something last year
Vic Mensa - INNANETAPE
>>66395215
Milo is chill but after a while the whole "I'm a nerd vegan and I miss my friend" shtick wears off. Don't get me wrong he's dope but it gets old.
3001: A laced odyssey is a really good chill album I would suggest.
>>66397089
ya it's a good chill album, wish they made more bangers tho
Childish Gambino - Because The Internet
>>66391922
this tape is pretty dope, really great beats.
A$AP Rocky - Long Live ASAP. It's way better than At Long Last ASAP.
Rakim - The 18th Letter
Tribe Called Quest - Low End Theory

Google "Sunday night sound session" and listen to their soundcloud programs
They're a radio program in my area dedicated to playing good ass hip hop, 90% super chill
Definitely check it out
>>66395215
gonna recommend this as well. This and his what happens at night/ day shit is fucking stellar. Both very winded down in terms of delivery.
Open Mike Eagle is also pretty chill. He is in the same rap collective as Milo and a few others, but is far more energetic and funny in what he is saying and his delivery. Not all jokes though, he spits some good shit.
Open Mike Eagle - A Special Episode, or pretty much anything else he put out. It's all fucking great.
