Kek Keith Jarrett is an insane pianist in many jazz fusion outfits over the years and his live solo performances are really worth checking out

Both of these are good too though Zorn has only a handful of fusion-y albums out of thousands
Holdsworth is incredible though and I'd also recommend late era Soft Machine once Robert Wyatt was kicked out
