On the vinyl version, why was Pree-Sisters significantly shortened? Was it just because they couldn't fit it all on one record, or did they have another reason. I personally really liked the drone.

It's a very good album, but itaots is just so much better that anything else by Jeff Mangum seems poor by comparison.

Chok full of knockout tracks. Theirs also some good fillers like Avery Island and Three Peaches. Only problem for me is there is too much unnecessary filler. Marching Theme, Pree Sisters, Someone is Waiting, and even Baby For Pree just comes across as filler for Where You'll Find Me Now.
ITAOTS is much better, but if Jeff Mangum were ever to surprisingly release another album, I'd want it to be more like Avery Island.
