Dude, the thing is that post-rock isn't just slow crescendos, it has do deal with the way instruments are used, in order to construct a structure that differs from traditional rock, this record, among several other things, features this kind of usage of instruments, which can also be seen as some experimental elements in the music, but to me it's more experimental than post-rock itself, not because it lacks post-rock elements, but because of how audio recordings and other non-music features are used and mixed up with post-rock elements
