I only just listened to this album a month or two ago and I have to say, does the album deserve all the panning it's gotten? It's certainly not as coherent or idealistic as the previous Beatles albums, but it has some definitely strong songs.
>Two Of Us
>Dig A Pony
>Across The Universe
>I Me Mine
>I've Got A Feeling
What say you, /mu/? Do you like Let It Be?
>>66365136
Yes, 10/10
for you blue is goat too
It's better than Sgt. Peppers
Some people don't like it because George Martin didn't produce it
>>66365136
Still a solid 8.25/10 release
IMO its their worst album, i don't get how you guys like it so much. Only songs I like are Two of Us, Across the Universe (although Wildlife version is better) and I've Got a Feeling
I may be alone here, but I like most of what Spector did to this album except for The long and winding road.

It's just an album of good songs. Nothing more, nothing less.
>>66366034
i personally thought spector did a great job with the arrangements except for maybe the long and winding road which could have been a bit more subtle in scope
but then again spector's music is the antithesis of subtlety
>>66366146
i can't stand what he did to Across the Universe
Its full of great songs. Check out Let It Be Naked... it's how the original was planned to sound like before Phil Spector fucked with it.
What panning?
>>66365859
No.

Anthology 3 is better than LIBN
