I remember loving album as a teen and looking up that it was "Shoegaze".
No idea what that meant, ended up finding that "it was about bands that looked at their feet while playing."
Uh, okay then, what? Sure I'll go with it. (I'm stupid as fuck)
Took me, like, 7 years to figure out what the fuck shoegaze really was.
Now it's one of my favorite genres.
