First off, I agree that it's just alright, not great. But I think the brilliance of this EP is that is really goes to show that even if you have obscure, expensive, analogue equipment, that doesn't mean that doesnt necessarily promise amazing music. People need to get over this fetishism.

Now, RDJ's current (second) wife is a russian "art student", which may explain the cyrillic in the track title.
The phrase Кoлхoзнaя transliterates as something close to "Kolhoznaya", or similar. Searching the phrase only pulls up its relationship to the Cheetah EP - maybe it's part of the wife's name?
I think someone should have a look at the album, using visual rendering software - ESPECIALLY the short tracks. RDJ has encoded visual images in his song on at least two previous occasions - the face in Windowlicker, and a geometric pattern which looks like a water-wave on the "equation" track, and is more elaborate than what an oscilloscope would put out. Language in the promotional flyer somehow suggests to me that something like this is present in this release, but maybe not.

I do sometimes wonder if the aging process affects creativity.
Only hipsters are hating on it. One of the chillest RDJ release. I am loving how groovy and tight it is. Has an underlying sense of melancholy too
