1. Get straight dxm liquid gels, if you can't find one without guafisnen or another ingredient don't take it. (an antihistamine is alright and according to some it enhances the trip.
Take literally the whole bottle.
Should be 20 pills at 10mg each, and if you're a grown man you want a 200-300 dose.
Personally I'd recommend original formula Delsym.
Pure Dxm Polistyrex, which is time release, and they sell little mini bottles that are exactly 300mg. Also much easier to drink syrup or mix in sprite than swallow 20+ pills.
Overall I highly recommend it. It has a bad reputation as something kids who can't find 'real' drugs take, but after trying my share of chemicals I'd say DXM is one of the more unique and enjoyable.
