Wolf is the most consistently good album from Tyler but in my opinion cherry bomb is his best album

Goblin has aged like shit. YONKERS is the only fucking track I even listen to on it anymore. Middle School/Freshmen Year High School students will love it tho.
Cherry Bomb is so good in some places and in other places it just falls flat. It is not a bad album at all though and I hate how much hate it got.
Bastard aged really well and is just a beautiful raw album.
Wolf is top tier. Has THE best songs of Tyler's career and as a whole it is an amazing album.

The lyrics, beats, and production in general on Wolf were at their best. He retained some of that for Cherry Bomb, but Wolf truly did sound like you were watching a movie.

Wolf is one of those rare albums where they could have probably picked 5 more singles even after IFHY, TAMALE, Answer, etc. off the fucker and no one would have questioned it. Just an amazing album and really I think that was the reason for the different direction with Cherry Bomb. Cherry Bomb is a great album; he wasn't and didn't want to write fucking Wolf 2.
