what's so amazing about stressed out is that if you pay attention to the lyirics, he is singing about how all that matters is money. at first i thought it was directed towards the greedy music industry and i thought it was crazy that he got away with it. using them but at the same time criticize them. not a lot of artist have the balls to that but then i kept listening and i realize that it also works as a confession and he wasn't talking about the music industry wanting money but he himself also cares about money, it takes a lot of humility to accept your own flaws and even more so to expose them in a song for the entire world to hear. some may not like their music but i think we can all agree they are the most sincere artists of our generation.

I've seen some Jazz and classical threads every now and then and I only go on this board about every other day. Neutral Milk Hotel is a very genuine and affecting album that some have elevated to meme status. Personally I love it but your opinion is just as valid.
