It was one of the first I heard when I was young and has stuck with me. Few compositions in Jazz are as beautiful as Blues in Green. It sounds far more distinct and innovative than most any Bebop or Post-bop I've heard. Same reason why I love SU and KC.

Well that's your own bias. I listen to lots of Jazz. Miles Davis has more sonically interesting work, but compositionally his too three are Nefertiti, Sketches of Spain and Kind of Blue. It just so happens i prefer KoB. It bets tiresome teyito defend the record, but it's genuinely my favorite of his and one of my top albums.

It's very agressive and hard hitting even compared to other DG albums and I like that. I also like how it uses more elements of hip-hop than most DG albums
