Looking particularly for electronic albums with an asian or indian sound to them, the only things I've found so far are pic related and Margins Music (by Dusk and Blackdown)

Basically the Indian version of Acid House, except that this was before Acid House was actually a thing. It's a bit boring and repetitive though.

flamingods make ethnic-type stuff, particularly of the Amazonian/South American variety.
There's Muslimgauze and Jerusalem in my Heart for Middle Eastern influenced electronic/drone.
Monoswezi make African jazz if that's your thing.
I also always get an east Asian vibe from Bonobo's music, but that's probably just me.
