Yes. Even better imo.
TRoB is one of the very rare bands that has never put out an album that wasn't great. Further back in his discography, Rain Upon the Impure and Unlock the Shrine are much less doomy records, faster and more black metal-ish. You can hear the doom starting to creep in on Foulest Semen of a Sheltered Elite but not as much as that album.
Rain is his best but Unlock the Shrine gets bonus points for having my favourite riff ever
