What do you all think of his new album? Not 100% on it yet because I think its pseudo early 90's R&B. How's his back catalogue other than Test Icicles that I listed to in the Myspace days.

The way I see Dev, he's a singles guy. His conscious R&B cool guy disguise tends to slip on the album tracks and the twee proggy indie guy shows through in the songwriting despite the black production. I feel the combination doesn't quite work out the way he does it.
