It sounds like grindcore with post-rock/hardcore influences, I don't think doing so will result in making grindcore "post". I think post-grindcore would be something more similar to technical death metal (Pyrrhon?)
If I had to put it in just a genre, I'd say some bullshit like "melodic grindcore", but that doesn't sound cool.
