I've been waiting so long for the new TOOL album that i kinda just don't give a shit anymore. I mean, if it ever comes out, yeah great I'll listen to it and probably enjoy it. But i won't be crushed if it never comes.
APC is good, just not on the same level. My interest in both has waned in the last decade though for sure.

If they don't fire their shitty guitarist who knows nothing but power chords I really don't care about a new tool, famallama.

He's the most talentless member of that band. Drop D power chords is literally the only thing he knows. Which is frankly an insult to that groovy ass bassist and that genius of a Drummer he works with.

He's definitely the less talented of the four, but his rythm work is also pretty good, and his use of effects is also neat. He has his own sound, it fits Tool, and that's enough. I can't see any other guitarist in his place tbqh.

Haven't listened to Tool in a long time but I still think that AEnima is their best. What about you guys?

They're pretty damn consistent overall, none of these is bad. Well, except APC's eMOTion, people say it's pretty bad. Haven't listened to it yet tho.
