cool taste, whats ur favorite jazz album? ive been meaning to get into it for a while
>>65948417
fugg i need to get more into bloops. pretty much just into autechre, aphex, and boards right now (>the list goes on) but lately ive been listening to jon hopkins and his music is great.
my taste is god-tier by the way and if you disagree that's ok
>>65948770
nostalgia aside, there are a lot of great vidya osts tho
>>65948770
fugg, I don't really have one favourite jazz album, maybe try Cannonball Adderley - Something Else (with Miles Davis). Autumn leaves from that album was the first jazz track that I've heard in my life, and I loved it since.
The Lester Young - Teddy Wilson Quartet - Pres and Teddy (1959) is great too.
If you're looking for something a bit different, try some yass albums, Miłość - Taniec Smoka, NRD - Sport i religia, Gwinciński / Richter / Skolik - Jupiter, Urizen, Wernyhora, Trungpa (1998) is great too. And if you want afro-jazz+spiritual jazz try The Pyramids - King of Kings.

Have you tried Elephant Six? They have really good neo-psychedelia. but I guess that you've heard something from them.
i'm so cool
>>65948835
Thanks, I'll try them out
>>65948870
The name sounds really familiar but I don't think I have. Will check them out! Really love neo-psych, better than 60s psych tbqh

>>65950802
you shouldn't "try" to get into anything you tool, you either like something or you don't.
>>65951692

>>65951700

>>65951706
but that's not "trying" to get into new music. listening to music doesn't take much effort.
>>65951726
>>65951692
wtf?
in what universe does "trying to get into a genre" mean anything besides listening to the genre
It's ok
