It's catchy as hell and nails a lot of things. For a mixtape it is fucking incredible. I like their pop-oriented stuff and I suppose it's lighter than their other work in a way but the intensity at some points is unparalleled.

It's the force Ride delivers everything on this album. Beware is their best track period IMO. The only song that real misses for me on this is Lord of the Game. Give it another shot maybe. What aren't you liking about it?

I find Ride to be somewhat stale, I can't really put my finger on what exactly why though as it's not that different from his other performances, but while he's certainly loud he doesn't come across as legitimately angry most of the time. The only track I felt he was really emotional on was Spread Eagle, which is my favourite off the album. I can't get into most of the beats either. I don't hate it overall, as I said I like Spread Eagle and I think Guillotine and I Want It are ok, but most of the tracks don't really hit me (and Thru the Walls is the only DG track I hate) and I rather listen to their other albums. In fact, I feel that Full Moon (Death Classic) from their s/t ep is better than anything on ExM.
