well first of all, please, never call records 'vinyls'
It makes you sound ignorant.
Besides the artwork and the physical idea of music, most records actually sound better than most mp3 files.
Short answer: Yes
Long answer: Sometimes, yes, but most of the time it's just a meme.
vinyl = degradation
flac = no degradation
you choose
Nobody can tell the difference
Vinyl is a collecting thing, like baseball cards
Sound quality of digital is fine, anybody who says otherwise is a lying idiot and wouldn't put their money where their mouth is in a blind test
looking at you Neil Young

Yes if you have a master set up, but don't do this unless you're stupidly eccentric with it. I only collect as a hobby since I started in 2012 in high school when not many people I knew were. Now a good number of my friends do and it's really just for showing off to each other.
I just like big holdable versions of shit that i like
If taken good care, vinyl records can stand the test of time. I consider them time capsules with music written in them
Should I turn loudness equalization on or off?
