as ever depressed/anxious as hell, trying to live within the bounds of my mind but it's so erratic i have no clear limits & no clear means of stabilising it. night time is always the worst when i'm on my own, feeling very lonely & afraid of myself but avoiding people because being borderline has taken it's toll on my relationships with others. want to work on that. trying to regulate these new meds but i dont understand drug use beyond abusing it.

I went to the doctor which was stressful, but I'm healthy. Also tonight I'm saying goodbye to a friend whose leaving my city, so it's been a bittersweet day.
