Yeah, I've got nothing for you, mate, sorry.

I think it was Rob Zombie's solo career and those terrible movies he made that ruined it for me

I got out of them in 2008 or so like most people but say what you will, they are a band whose music is a genuine labor of love to 80s/90s metal so even though I don't listen to them, I still have lots of respect for them. They truly are just fans of Metallica/Pantera/Slayer who went out and did their own thing and happened to build an audience of mall goths along the way.
Dragonforce
Radiohead
what the fuck was a I thinking....
>>65850299
>terrible movies
House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects are both classics
>>65851024
>Evanescence
Doesn't help that they're litterally a meme band now.
Radiohead? Nah, Oasis, or some shitty britpop like that.
In 2000 I turned 11, so I was an impressionable 6th grader at the time of all those awful nu metal and post-grunge bands. Every once in a while I come across an old Limp Bizkit, Puddle of Mudd, POD, etc. CD. I remember back then my dad didn't let me buy a Nickelback CD and I didn't understand why. Now I think I do.
