Rap is in no way shape or form crap, but TLOP was definitely garbage, and this is coming from a Kanye fan. TLOP is a 2/10 at best for me. There are just so many lazy and unnecessary tracks. Outside of that, I don't think an album he's made goes below a 6/10.
And Coloring Book was decent. It was no Acid Rap, and it's definitely not top 3, or even 25 for this year, but it's decent.

It's just an outpouring of creativity and inspiration. I've also always preferred idiosyncratic music to more anonymous music so new Kanye is right up my alley

Chances shit incorporates gospel and a choir into hip hop in ways ive never heard before. Its beautiful
Yahcty has got to be considered trash by tons of people since he comes out with music thats often disposable (weekly soundcloud singles), but this tape has such an interesting feel to it,once i listened thru a bunch of times.
