lmao
Major Parkinson, a Norwegian band that I absolutely love.
I don't think it's really obscure, maybe underrated is more adequate, anyways great sad album
I prefer shadows collide with people though
This is a one-man project (I may be wrong though, but the website said that) from the US. The record is simply amazing. I don't know what genre is it, but it is lo-fi taken to it's absolute limits.

You're right, I'm not necessarily trying to imply that niandra is obscure, but it's a more personal 10/10 for me. Here's a more obscure 10/10 for me.

So much emotion in the vocals and something about the instrumentation still gets to me. I break out this album every few months and it still surprises me
don't think many people would like this but I think its the best in its style from this century
The part when the children are just playing, blissfully ignorant of the impending reality

WOOOP WOOOOOOP
One of my personal 10s.
I've listened to most of Boris' popular albums, all nice but this one fucking transcends the medium.
