I agree with you, OP. Unlike other DG albums, GP has very little filler/bad songs (only Big House imp), and the rest is quality.

It's the most conceptually complete both musically and in terms of subject. It's the least connected to some sort of stereotypical musical structure, such as their other albums are even at their most radical.
I suppose in short it's because while people like their other albums for 'the beat' or whatever, this doesn't have anything like that, it's comfortably uninterested, Death Grips by themselves instead of Death Grips in the world.
