That skey program is indeed a C program, what it does apparently is XOR each character of the file with a character from the specified key. If it gets to the end of the key it resets back until end of file. This is what I'm getting so far, I built the program with gcc as well and the n.txt file is probably related to this, but a key would be needed right? Feel free to correct me.

In my insignificant perspective it is more like a link to certain parts of the musicians personalities that cannot be channeled into everyday life or visible interaction and conversation. It's still them but a side of them that has been hidden or not as vented if you know what I'm trying to say.
